I had a fun time today at the Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon with my colleagues. None of us lifted the soles of our feet to even attempt jogging throughout the 6km non-competitive route, but amidst giggles and enthusiasm, it was a time of good fellowship outside work. We were all decked out in our Uncle Chuck T-shirts and I must say, was quite a sight. We even 'cheated' by taking the short route back to the office instead of going to the finishing line.

The brunch at PS Cafe which followed was sweet, cosy and warm. I shared pancakes and bacon portobello with aunty Pat. Truly satisfying :)

It seems like a lovely Sunday ahead of me, and I'm glad that life can be good in simple ways like this. I think happiness is a state of contentment. C'est La Vie!
